Founded by Rosie Broadhead, SKIN SERIES™ focuses on creating materials that deliver tangible health benefits to the skin. Rosie Broadhead, a former Textile Scientist at Ghent University, brings her expertise in material innovation to the platform. Her research delves into the intersection of skin and clothing, exploring the textile microbiome and the ways functional materials can positively influence the body. By rethinking the relationship between materials and skin, SKIN SERIES™ envisions a future where textiles and the human body are seamlessly interconnected.

The objects and garments showcased at the Woven Whispers exhibition are crafted using SKIN SERIES™ textiles, infused with bioactive ingredients known for their therapeutic benefits to the skin and body.
