Under our label ‘coup-de-foudre’ we design and manufacture unique light objects. Combining a fascination for art and craft with porcelain as our basic raw material. The creation of fragile and unpredictable objects that require a certain finesse which is not
explained in manuals. A continuous search of adding structure in a subtle, undefined, not demarcated way and purely in the sense of simplicity. Porcelain is a living material that takes part of the final result during the process, coincidence has a chance to exist and reflects the beauty of natural imperfection. The search for shades of light, warmth, beauty, functionalism and sustainability manufactures in a light sculpture that participates in the architecture of its environment.
