Boucan

The Boucan installation invites viewers to sit or recline on vibrant printed pillows, relaxing beneath a canopy of light fixtures that evoke the enchanting atmosphere of an imaginary tropical forest. The handdrawn designs, inspired by historical engraving techniques, took over 60 hours to create. These intricate designs are then combined with modern technologies such as digital printing and cutting.
