Le Château de Verre

Le Chateau de Verre Portrait

What could be more beautiful than light passing through glass? Than light that reveals art? What could be purer and more enduring than creating with it?

Bio

The project was born out of the meeting of two artists. The energy emanating from this collaboration inspired them to found Le Château de Verre. The duo, of French and Belgian origin, is steeped in Romanticism and South American culture; the glass works, like our influences, are intended to permeate the world.

The studio's values are to remain true to the material; the mastery of this tradtional, precise, meditative craftsmanship; and the need to push the boundaries of what is possible and of ancestral techniques in our work. Every piece is unique, whether you infuse it with a touch of beauty or something truly magnificent; whether you choose to restore this age-old art or add a personal touch by reinterpreting it. Through the art of glass, it is the timeless that you touch.
