PaulinePlusLuis x Deknudt Mirrors
Paint collection is the result of the collaboration between designers duo PaulinePlusLuis and the Belgian brand and manufacturer Deknudt Mirrors.
The inspiration for this project comes from the production process of the mirrors : liquid silvering is poured on a glass plate before being fixed by a protective layer printed at the back. The duo PaulinePlusLuis focused on the fluid aspect of the mirror that is for us very poetic, almost magical. The idea was to paint a mirror on a glass plate, making an analogy between the liquid silvering and paint applied with a brush.
